Why Winternals Sued Best Buy

While this is not a security-related issue directly, it concerns the illegal use of copyrighted software. Why a company as large as Best Buy would choose to do something so blatantly illegal, I can't comprehend.

On a separate note, the Winternals Administrator's Pak is one of the most useful collections of utilities I have ever come across as a network administrator. While I have not had as much need for it since moving into the security field, I still recommend it every chance I get.
